For sale is sleek and elegant rare vintage Alf Aarseth extendable dining table Model No. 14 made by Gustav Bahus, Norway in 1960. Made of beautiful teak wood, the table has a lovely rectangular shape with slightly curved edges, unique joinery and shapely tapered legs that easily unscrew and detach for transportation.
The table has been completely stripped, sanded and refinished with Danish oil to perfection, not a scratch remaining.
Wherever it lands, it anchors the room with effortless sophistication.
Dimensions: not extended 51” x 35.25” x H 29”, add one, two or all three center leaves (each 11.5") for a total 85.5” length. Seats 6-10.
After Danish oil, we applied Osmo Polyx®-Oil – Hardwax-Oil wood finish based on natural vegetable oils and waxes, which is durable and hardwearing and resistant to water, dirt, and common household spills. More info at the link below:
